SECURITY:
Agent: Please
lay your bag flat on the conveyor belt, and use the bins for
small objects.
Passenger: Do I
need to take my laptop out of the bag?
A.: Yes, you do. Take off your
shoes, please!
(She walks through the metal detector)

A.: Please,
step back. Do you have anything in your pockets – keys, cell phone, loose
change?
P: I
don’t think so. Let me try taking off my belt.
A.: Okay, come on through.
(She goes through the metal detector again.)
A.: You’re all set! Have a nice
